Flu

Flu is a respiratory infection caused by a number of viruses. The viruses pass through the air and enter your body through your nose or mouth. The flu can be serious or even deadly for elderly people, newborn babies, and people with certain chronic illnesses 
Symptoms can be body or muscle ache, chills, cough, fever, headache and sore throat.
Diagnosing
 flu if you have fever, cough, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, body aches, headache, chills and fatigue. Some people may have vomiting and diarrhea

swab test and nasal aspirate

Prevention and Risk Factors
take time to get a flu vaccine,take everyday preventive actions to stop the spread of germs and take flu antiviral drugs.
 
Flu can be treated by getting plenty  of rest, drinking water, keeping warm, eating health diet, avoiding exposure to cigarette smoke
